Privacy Policy

Overview

ClipGrab Pro is designed with privacy in mind. We do not build a server-side library of your downloads or scraped media.

What we process

• Whop account data — your Whop user ID and subscription status to verify free vs Pro access.
• URLs you submit — used only to resolve and download the media you request.
• Media streams — proxied through our servers during download and not written to persistent storage.

Download history

Pro download history is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB on your device. We do not sync, upload, or back up this history to our servers. Clearing browser data removes it.

Third-party services

Authentication and payments are handled by Whop. Media resolution may contact Instagram, TikTok, or supporting resolver services to fetch public post metadata and download URLs. Those platforms have their own privacy policies.

Webhooks

We receive Whop webhook events (such as membership and payment updates) to keep Pro access in sync. These events are processed for operational logging only.

Your choices

You can clear on-device history from within the app. You can manage your Whop subscription and account data through Whop directly.
